To begin your custom hat patch order, contact me with your design. I’ll convert your artwork into a stamp-ready design and send it for approval. Once approved, the custom stamp typically takes about three business days to arrive. For consistency, I ask clients to provide their own hats—this ensures the perfect fit, brand, and color to match your vision.
Each patch is crafted entirely by hand. The leather is clicked out using a precision die, then the edges are sanded and treated with Tokonole burnishing gum for a smooth, refined finish. I apply Neatsfoot oil to condition and enrich the leather, then hand-stitch each patch onto the hat using traditional saddle-stitching techniques. The finishing process is $10 per hat, with a minimum order of 20 hats for all custom patch projects.
